Serves 4-6
Wash mussels under running water for 5 mins, and heat wok with cooking oil.
Add sliced lemongrass, red and green peppers, and stir-fry for a while.
Add CHNG Kee’s Sambal Oelek and mussels, and stir-fry for 5 mins until cooked to serve.
