Stir-fried Beef with Black Bean Garlic Sauce

CHNG Kee's sauce(s) used:

  • CHNG Kee’s Black Bean Garlic Sauce

 

Serves 4

 

Cooking Method

  1. Slice onion, red chilli and spring onion, and put aside.

  2. Heat up cooking oil, and stir-fry CHNG Kee’s Black Bean Garlic Sauce until fragrant.

  3. Add beef, sliced onion, red chilli and spring onion, and stir-fry for 2 mins.

  4. Add chicken stock or water,

  5. Use corn flour to thicken, and serve.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp CHNG Kee’s Black Bean Garlic Sauce
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 tsp corn flour
  • 500 gm beef (sliced)
  • 10 gm onion
  • 10 gm red chilli
  • 10 gm spring onion
  • 150 ml chicken stock or water
