Cooking Method -
Slice onion, red chilli and spring onion, and put aside. -
Heat up cooking oil, and stir-fry CHNG Kee’s Black Bean Garlic Sauce until fragrant. -
Add beef, sliced onion, red chilli and spring onion, and stir-fry for 2 mins. -
Add chicken stock or water, -
Use corn flour to thicken, and serve. | Ingredients - 2 tbsp CHNG Kee’s Black Bean Garlic Sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tsp corn flour
- 500 gm beef (sliced)
- 10 gm onion
- 10 gm red chilli
- 10 gm spring onion
- 150 ml chicken stock or water
