CHNG Kee’s Black Bean Garlic Sauce
Serves 4
Slice onion, red chilli and spring onion, and put aside.
Heat up cooking oil, and stir-fry CHNG Kee’s Black Bean Garlic Sauce until fragrant.
Add beef, sliced onion, red chilli and spring onion, and stir-fry for 2 mins.
Add chicken stock or water,
Use corn flour to thicken, and serve.
