CHNG Kee's sauce(s) used: | | | | | Cooking Method (Chicken) -
Marinate chicken with CHNG Kee’s Black Pepper Sauce for 3 hours. For the best result, it is recommended to marinate over night. -
Place chicken, potatoes, carrot and pumpkin in a baking pan. -
Roast in an oven pre-heated at 200oC for 35 – 40 mins till cooked. -
Serve hot.
Cooking Method (Gravy) -
Mix CHNG Kee’s Black Pepper Sauce with water. -
Heat up the mixture in a sauce pan. -

- 1 pc carrot (peeled and washed)
- ½ pc small pumpkin (unpeeled, sliced to about 2 cm thick)
