Black Pepper Roast Chicken

CHNG Kee's sauce(s) used:

  • CHNG Kee’s Black Pepper Sauce

 

Cooking Method (Chicken)

  1. Marinate chicken with CHNG Kee’s Black Pepper Sauce for 3 hours. For the best result, it is recommended to marinate over night.

  2. Place chicken, potatoes, carrot and pumpkin in a baking pan.

  3. Roast in an oven pre-heated at 200oC for 35 – 40 mins till cooked.

  4. Serve hot.

 

Cooking Method (Gravy)

  1. Mix CHNG Kee’s Black Pepper Sauce with water.

  2. Heat up the mixture in a sauce pan.

  3. Pour the gravy over the chicken, and serve hot.

 

Ingredients (Chicken)

  • 240 ml (1 jar) CHNG Kee’s Black Pepper Sauce
  • 2 pcs potato (peeled and washed)
  • 1 pc carrot (peeled and washed)
  • ½ pc small pumpkin (unpeeled, sliced to about 2 cm thick)
  • 1 (~1.2 kg) whole fresh chicken
 

Ingredients (Gravy)

  • 4 – 6 tbsp CHNG Kee’s Black Pepper Sauce
  • 240 ml water
